Changes

So many are leaving over the Real Id fiasco. I love WoW. Its the only game I play. When people talk about other games I tell them "There is no game but wow".

I am torn. I have been so loyal to Blizz. I have put so much money and time into this game. I have made such amazing relationships because of it. I don't want to leave. Yet, if everyone I love vanishes, then what will be left?

I am hoping that Blizz figures this out and makes it right. I can't believe they would so casually toss our private information out to the world. My fingers are crossed.

I'm not usually an optimist, but for this I will be. Blizz don't break my heart. Don't do something that will force me to make some hard choices. I've believe in you for so long, please show me that my faith is not misplaced.

Sadness is hacking.

My Dot and another friend were hacked last week and its a terrible thing. I've had to stop and look at the guild and re-think ranks and change permissions. Can't leave us vulnerable to having the guild robbed! Sigh. Why people have to be such jerks I don't know.

The guild is doing well otherwise. We had a couple of good nights together, working on ahcievements and holiday stuff. And we've had a few events here and there. And I redid the forums so they are much prettier now.

I'd say we're shaping up into a good lil guild.

Guild update.

Tonight we shall venture into Hala. I'm told we may meet some members of the alliance, but I'm hoping its at least fun. Apparently they won't let you have a talbuk unless you have shown that you can fight. Really, that seems a little silly to me.

I spent some time with Kaelisse and Raph the other night. We ventured into some dungeons with Banu and Diamora. It was fun to explore and despite some silliness we accomplished most of what we set out to do.

The wedding approaches. I think I'm mostly ready for it... I'm trying to hide my nerves since Dot is incredibly nervous. We shall see after this weekend how he holds up.

Not IC really, but he jokes around all the time about udders. And yes he has snapped some shocking pics of a particular tauren. And Dot will be answering to Tati about the framed undies...

The Wedding approaches!

The wedding has already had some complications, but I think I have sorted them out. I have the dress (most important!) I've found the venue (also important), I've dressed Dot (terribly important) and so from now on I just have to make sure everyone is RSVPing.

Loku has agreed to do the ceremony for us. I'll have to find a few others to do some small parts, but I think I have it under control.

It will be pretty and then I can be Mrs....um... well maybe Dot will take my last name...

New year

The guild managed to live through my first semester of school. We have picked up a new member, we'll see how it goes.

I have finally gotten around to planning Dot and Tati's wedding. We'll do it on my Feb break and hopefully it'll be fun and relaxing.

We continue to raid with the White Kodos and its going well. we've finished ICC's wing and had alot of fun with it. Thats what I love about my people, we're fun. The raid is full of randomness and laughter and yet we still progress.

I've lost my tablet pen so no silly childish doodles lately. Oh well, I'll have to buy a new one as I'm sure I'll want it for next semester.
